My version of a taco salad :: organic romaine, arugula, tomatoes, red onion, black beans, covered in ranch dressing with my favorite taco seasoning.
 So easy, and is seriously my go to lunch or dinner recipe when I’m in a pinch. Add organic ground turkey, organic beef, chicken, or just more veggies, scrumptious!
