Hello! Kim, here, and welcome to my blog! This blog should have been started years ago, before marriage, before kids, just as I started my journey living away from home, but NOW, is the time for this blog to finally come to life. I’m always asked what my favorite recipes are, what’s for dinner, my workout routine, and to where are we traveling next. I’ve focused this last year on improving my health, and the health of my family, so NOW is the perfect time to share my journey for better health with all of you. I learn something new every day, I’m still growing, and I want YOU all to join me on this exciting journey!
Every day I wake up with the attitude today is going to be a beautiful day, no matter the weather, no matter which side of bed I wake on. The day is what you make of it! And every day I say this day will be a good one! I’m happy, healthy, and I feel the best today, right NOW, more than I have ever felt in my entire life. I didn’t always take care of my body, but I want you all to know it’s never to late to make your life yours!
I’m a proud mama of two littles, and they’re growing bigger every day. As much as I want them to stay small, I truly look forward to all the amazing things each of them will do in this life! I’m so thankful to have such an amazingly, supportive husband who’s given me the opportunity to be able to stay home. I do not claim to be an expert in anything, everything you see on my site are my recommendations, my favorite products, our way of life; they’re all things we choose to use, pursue…please, if you question anything, consult your doctor before you start something you are unsure about.
Here are my babies (they’ll always be our babies, right?!), along with the man I met almost 15 years ago (ok, I robbed the cradle, so he’s still a baby, too). I’m turning 40 this year, and we’ve come a long way. Eating better, along with a workout routine we love, has made my husband, and I, new people! We are no longer bloated, tired, listless; we enjoy life, make the best of what life has to offer, and I’m ecstatic to see what the future holds. He’s my voice of reason, and I’m forever grateful for him.
Last, but not least, our first born. Clive, the 8-year-old, Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier. Named respectfully after Clive Pearse from HGTVs, “Designed To Sell.” We’re huge HGTV fans, and of course, we had to name our dog after our favorite show at the time. He’s endured a lot in his short life. He’s our baby with all the allergies…he has a strict diet, but he’s still spoiled rotten, and offered many hard-boiled eggs, their shells, along with homemade chicken broth!
Thanks so much for stopping by. Feel free to check out everything, and pass along recipes, pics, tips, and tricks, to your friends and family. I hope you’re able to take away something that will help YOU live the life you wish to live, whether it a lifestyle, or WifeStyle, every day, you have the choice to make it YOUR own. xoxo
