If you have not had buffalo cauliflower, you must try immediately. Not too keen on spicy? Tame your favorite hot sauce, or wing sauce with Greek yogurt, mix well with some garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt. Pour over the cauliflower and roast on 400 degrees for 15min, turning with a spoon, then roast an extra 10min. I could seriously eat a whole cauliflower this way.
